Web Hosting & Servers: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time VPS orders. If you are unsatisfied, a refund will be issued minus any setup fees.
Domain Names: All domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, the fee is paid to the registry and cannot be reversed.
Google Workspace (G Suite): Refunds for Google Workspace are only applicable if requested within 72 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been fully provisioned or used.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days as per bank standards.Cancellation Terms:
Hosting Services: You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time via the client dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Domains: Domains cannot be "cancelled" mid-term. You may disable "Auto-Renew," and the domain will simply expire at the end of its current term.
G Suite: Cancellation of Google Workspace will result in the immediate suspension of email services. We recommend backing up your data before requesting cancellation.
Service Termination: We reserve the right to cancel any service if the user violates our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
